產(chǎn)品介紹：SBJ系列屑餅液壓主要用于將粉?；蝾w粒狀的銅屑，鋁屑，鑄鐵屑、球磨鑄鐵屑、海綿鐵，鋼屑、鐵礦粉、硅粉、爐渣粉及其它有色金屬屑冷壓成重量2.5~10kg圓柱形餅塊，不需要任何添加劑，大型全自動(dòng)屑并機適合金屬屑量大的企業(yè)，大型鑄造廠(chǎng)，風(fēng)電部件鑄造企業(yè)，銅鋁產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)客戶(hù)選購。

　SBJ系列自動(dòng)屑餅機能將粉粒裝鑄鐵屑，高牌號球墨鑄鐵屑，合金，鋼，銅及其它金屬屑冷壓成圓柱形餅塊，密度5.5~6 噸／立方米（不使用粘合劑），班產(chǎn)８~20噸。本機為立式結構，鑄鋼上下梁，自動(dòng)喂料出塊?？梢耘鋫洳煌h(huán)冷卻系統。

Particle shape castiron powder, high grade of ductile cast iron, alloy, steel, copper and othermetal filings can be cold pressed to cylindrical by SBJ-Series briquetting press, with density of 5.5-6ton/m3 (adhesion agent is not used) and production of 8-20 tons in every shift. The machine is ofa vertical structure with upper and lower beams made of cast steel, and it outputs block automatically once feededwith materials. It also can be equipped with different circulation cooling systems.

工作原理

將松散物料加入加料缸上方的大料斗中。加料缸后腔進(jìn)油，活塞桿伸出，并復位，然后子缸后腔進(jìn)油，帶動(dòng)主缸活塞桿和沖頭快速下壓，當沖頭進(jìn)入模腔后，主缸后腔進(jìn)入壓力油，主缸開(kāi)始攻進(jìn)將物料壓縮形成屑餅，并保壓后，主缸微退，副缸后腔進(jìn)油，活塞桿回退，帶動(dòng)抽塊后退至餅塊可出位置，主缸繼續下降，將壓好的餅塊壓出模腔后，副缸前腔進(jìn)油，活塞桿伸出，帶動(dòng)抽塊將餅塊推出餅塊，同時(shí)復位。子缸前腔進(jìn)油，帶動(dòng)主缸活塞桿和沖頭上升，并復位，完成一次壓餅循環(huán)過(guò)程，并進(jìn)入下一次循環(huán)程序。
