As our first Whippet, Coaster should really be the Maverick Trail Boss. Instead, he's our "cookie," the guy who's in charge of food. He's never met a meal he didn't like and keeping him fit is a challenge. Even though he didn't turn into the show dog we'd hoped for, he endured all the beginner handling classes with patience and helped me earn my first points in the ring. His loving disposition and comic antics convinced us that Whippets were "our" breed. All the others owe their place at Maverick to The Coaster!
